About Us

The HermesBridge Story

Jackie and Alvaro came together with a shared passion: to solve one of the biggest challenges they saw throughout their careers—how U.S. companies can access top talent while managing cost, compliance, and culture.

Jacqueline spent two decades in strategy and finance at global leaders like Aramco, Hershey, and GE, overseeing $100B+ in capital planning and leading enterprise transformation across four continents. Alvaro built his career in management consulting and corporate strategy with Booz & Company / Strategy&, advising Fortune 500s and private equity investors across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Both saw first-hand how talent shortages, rising costs, and rigid structures were holding back growth.

HermesBridge was born from their conviction that there’s a better way. By combining their expertise in finance, strategy, and operations with their deep knowledge of the Mexican market, they created a platform to give U.S. companies access to time zone–aligned, cost-effective, and highly skilled teams—without the usual risks.

Today, HermesBridge is more than a staffing and EOR firm—it’s a bridge. A bridge connecting top Mexican talent with U.S. companies, a bridge for innovation and sustainable growth, and a bridge built on the belief that great talent has no borders.
